Congratulations to the Central Falls Police Department on the success of The Leading Ladies Initiative, a program that was featured in the March issue of Police Chief Magazine. 

 

This innovative program efficiently establishes a platform that enhances the chances for adolescent girls to gain valuable interaction with professional adult women from various fields, such as education, politics, commerce, and medicine, who serve as mentors. This initiative advocates for and strengthens the idea that every teenage girl possesses the potential to emerge as a leader capable of driving the change needed by our communities, nation, and the world.
