NEACOP Annual Conference • November 16–17, 2026
The Rhode Island Police Chiefs Association and the New England Association of Chiefs of Police are partnering in 2026 to bring the RIPCA Technology and Trade Show together with the NEACOP Annual Training Conference.
The events will be held concurrently at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island. The RIPCA Technology and Trade Show will be on November 16, and the NEACOP Annual Training Conference will be November 16-17.
On Sunday, November 15, there will be a Chiefs Reception from 5-7 pm for all NEACOP and RIPCA members. Sponsors and vendors are invited to attend.
On Monday, November 16, the NEACOP Training Conference will open in the morning and break for the RIPCA Trade Show from 1-5 pm. In the evening, NEACOP will install its new slate of officers.
On Tuesday, November 17, the NEACOP Training Conference is a full-day event with vendor opportunities available.
